What you’ll do
- Make consistently excellent espresso-based drinks.
- Keep the coffee station clean, stocked and organised.
- Welcome our morning and daytime guests with warm, confident service.
- Help train the wider team to make and serve coffee well.
What we’re looking for
- Strong barista experience and confidence using a commercial espresso machine.
- A calm, reliable approach during busy service.
- Good communication and the confidence to share your knowledge.
- Someone who cares about quality, cleanliness and great hospitality.
Full-time · £14.50 per hour
Cocktail Bartender
Deliver properly made cocktails, bring confidence and personality to the bar, and help train the wider team. Live-in accommodation may be available.

What you’ll do
- Prepare classic and house cocktails accurately and consistently.
- Complete daily prep, including garnishes, syrups and bar mise en place.
- Keep the bar clean, well stocked and ready for service.
- Help train the wider team and contribute ideas as the drinks list develops.
What we’re looking for
- Previous cocktail experience and a good knowledge of spirits.
- Speed and consistency without losing the personal touch.
- A reliable, team-focused attitude and confidence under pressure.
- Someone comfortable helping others build their bar skills.
Flexible hours · Minimum wage to £13.50 per hour
Bar & Floor Staff
Join our front-of-house team across the bar and floor. Pay of up to £13.50 per hour is available for applicants with coffee or cocktail experience.

What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Serve drinks, take food orders and run dishes to tables.
- Clear and reset tables and keep the bar and floor looking their best.
- Work closely with the rest of the team during busy services.
What we’re looking for
- A positive, reliable and genuinely hospitable approach.
- Confidence speaking with guests and working as part of a team.
- Availability for a mixture of shifts, including busy evenings and weekends.
- Experience is welcome but not essential; coffee or cocktail skills may attract the higher rate.
